January 2011!

Hooray for a new year! One of my 2011 goals is to blog every Monday-either here or over at Don't Mop Your Brother (And some Mondays that might mean I just do prep work and don't actually post anything.)
So here I am adding to the family photo album. I love that Ryan has on his sister's pink sunglasses. And I love that he's wearing them with his "Rockets Motorcycle Club" shirt. Tough, but able to share his softer side...
I honestly feel that there are few things cuter in this world than Ryan's naked little chest. It's truly adorable! So mid-dressing one day, I pulled out the camera. Here he is running toward me (sorry for the overexposure).
And in true Ryan style, flirting. I love this boy!
And of course any time I take a picture of Ryan, Bella wants one too. Here she is posing for me. I have about 6 other shots of her doing things because she kept saying, "Take one of me like this," and then striking some random pose. She's such a nut!
We're not sure how he's able to do it, but this is Ryan's preferred method of sleeping; head smashed into the mattress, arms under his chest, butt in the air, legs tucked up underneath him (and always with feet crossed). He's a nut too!
Fun for the kids? Sitting in the plastic bucket that holds their building blocks. Could've skipped buying the building blocks and just used the $5 Walmart bucket!
My little sous-chef! After our week of school about rainbows, we made rainbow cupcakes together. One bonus of home-schooling: learning in our pajamas! (Bells is in her footie jammies.)
And here's our new family hangout! It's called Snapperz and, although geared at kids, has fun stuff like this-a slide that's sturdy enough for parents to climb on too! To the right of this was laser tag, and to the left were two giant inflatables that we played on. It's like Chuck E. Cheese for adults! We're going back next week, I believe!
Here are two videos of the kids on the giant inflatable slide. The first one is Bells the second is of Joshua and Ryan. Joshua had plans to slide down after Ryan and wipe him out, but he moved before Joshua got to the bottom. Fun times!!!
