Well Isabella has certainly been a trip this past month! It seems like every day she's doing something else crazy, as these pictures can attest to. She's gotten so "big girl" this month: she now has four teeth, she began walking, and she's sort of getting better at feeding herself. She is good at her sign language and can now sign the words more, please, milk, eat, bath and all done. See what else she's up to!
I don't know where she gets this! One day I looked over and there she was, head down, butt up. She thought it was great fun!
And then there was the time when I was working on my computer, listening to (what I thought was) the rustle of the plastic diaper bag she plays with (yes, I let my daughter play with a plastic bag!). Well...then it got quiet...a little too quiet..."someone" (I'm not naming names) left the bag of chocolate chocolate chip cookies out and Bells decided to help herself. I photographed the trail of evidence leading up to her chocolately face!
Some friends of ours gave us a toddler bed, so we decided to set it up just so Isabella could get used to it before she's forced to sleep there. Here she is kind of trying it out. We did end up putting her in it for the night, but by the morning she was asleep on the floor, and that gave her access to be standing at her gate, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed at 6 am! Back to the crib for a little while longer...
It took several tries, but I managed to capture her scrunch-nosed, jack-o-lantern grin. Love it!
Isabella is no longer content for me to feed her, so when I give her yogurt (which is less often, due to the inevitale mess), she takes charge. I put some on the spoon, she flips it over, then shovels it in. When I do give her yogurt, it's at dinner, because she goes directly into the bath!
A lady at church donated this kitchen to us and Isabella has the best time banging pots and pans around and cooking the rocks from our fountain.
Ah, feeding time at the zoo! This particular night I gave Isabella some baked mostaccioli (she loves all things pasta). It created a huge orange mess on her tray, bib, hands, and face. Then she decided to stick both fingers up her nose and talk! Table manners is our next lesson, I swear!

This is Bella's chair, donated by the same lady who gave us the kitchen (and an easel, baby stroller, and sit & spin!). Bells took to it immediately and she loves that she has her very own spot in the livingroom to read her books, drink her sippy cup, or catch a little TV. I took this picture at the beginning of September and I'm shocked at how much her face has changed since then.
There are so many shots of Isabella in her high chair because that's when she does most of her antics, and when she's actually sitting still! I took the first shot just because I loved her "cribhead" and the little wings she had on the side of her head.
Til next month!!!

She is soooo cute! I am sure she learned to keep making noise if she ever runs across another bag of cookies. :)
