November 2018

 November was glorious!

We took a hike!
Fred and I were very excited for Bella's first band concert!

It was like playing "Where's Waldo?" trying to find her in the HUGE band!
We had an ice storm! They cancelled school and we hung out at home. We went outside to play around with all the ice.

Bella won the "contest" we were having for who could peel the biggest piece of ice off of something.
Ryan found a piece in the shape of Indiana!

My "kids staring at the first snow" picture.
Then we headed out once the roads cleared and my two nuts were trying on hats at Walmart.

And then it was Thanksgiving! Always blessed to have both sides of the family happily converge at our house to stuff ourselves and be grateful for God's ridiculous blessings on us all.
Mom taught Bella to make the pies and they were fantastic!

This girl loves to bake!

Maga doing "Trot a Little Horsie" for probably the billionth time.

Bella watching the Macy's parade for the first time.

Ryan was obsessed with the Ohio State marching band.

Love these two!

Uncle Jeff harassing my kids, as usual. ;o)

It's probably considered un-PC in these times, but Bella wanted to dress up like a Native American so she did.

Reading from Psalm 145 and sharing stories of God's  provision over FOUR generations was BY FAR the highlight of the whole time!
After Thanksgiving? Pool time at Jeff and Donna's hotel, and some good old fashioned Small Business Saturday shopping in Noblesville!

Bella learned what happens when she braids her hair when it's still damp and keeps them in for a few days...her hair grows! The more she brushed, the bigger it got!

And a preview of the month to come...getting our Christmas tree!
