The wealth of ideas that is Pinterest

If you don't know what Pinterest is, you're in a ever-shrinking minority. It's like a virtual pinboard of ideas-you can "pin" recipes, ideas for crafts, videos that you like, whatever. I like to scour it several times a day occasionally to get good ideas for stuff to do with the kids. What gem did I get from Pinterest? Paint. But not just any paint-condensed milk paint! It's really thick and goopy, and dries to a high shine. The kids had a blast and they came out beautifully!

Ryan starts his masterpiece.

Getting used to the paint.

Ryan's more of a Jackson Pollack kind of painter. He found that if he buried the brush in the paint, it would dribble all over the paper. He loved it.

The mess he left behind. Genius at work, I guess!
